I am not able to see my tour requests
- Make sure you have filled out your name and phone number on the settings page. (This information is private and is only shared with your Sherpa once you have paid for and approved the tour, simply as a way to make your experience during the day of the tour better.)
- Verify that the email you are logged in with was the email you requested the tour with. You can check your email the settings page and verify it against the email account you have received emails related to the tour.
